How do I change my order for any reason?
We produce your order really quickly, sometimes the same day, and on average within 2 business days. So please let us know as soon as you see a problem.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Sworl framed photo, so if it is not right, let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to find the best solution: which may be to reprint, reframe, or refund your order.

Are there additional costs for gift wrapping or gift message?
Gift services are free. Here are the steps after you click the “Order” button:
1. You will be taken to a Gift + Shipping page.
2. Check off the box that says “This will be a gift.”
3. Click “Edit Gift Message” and type in your message. Click “ok” when done.
We will include the message and gift wrap the item in premium orange gift wrap.

How long does it take to make and ship my frame?
It will take about a week for your order to reach you. We manufacture it within 2 days and shipping takes 5-7 days depending on where it is going. Shipping is via FedEx Ground. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How much does it cost to ship my product?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the framed photo. Small frames cost $4.99 to ship; our largest frames ship for just $13.99. The shipping cost is shown on the Order Summary screen prior to ordering.

How do I change or reset a forgotten password?
1. Click the menu “hamburger” icon in the upper right of the app.
2. Click Log In / Account
3. Click the orange “forgot password” button. An email will be sent to your address with instructions on how to change your password.

How do I access saved and previous orders?
1. Click the menu “hamburger” icon in the upper right of the app.
2. Click Order History.
3. To reorder, click the desired project.
4. To delete a saved order, just swipe to the left and press “delete.”

How do I add a contact to shipping address?
Once you have clicked “order,” the next screen will be Gift + Shipping. Click the “Use contact” button. This will bring up your iPhone contact list. Choose one and that person’s contact information will be added to the order. You can edit the information on the Gift + Shipping page.

How do I use a Promotional or Gift Code?
On the Finish Order page, click the “Promo Code” button and put in your one time use Gift Code or Promotional Code. You will be prompted to enter a credit card on the payment screen and you do need to enter one. However, for Gift Codes, you will NOT be charged, UNLESS you choose a larger frame size that exceeds the Gift Code credit.

What are my payment options?
You can pay using PayPal or with any major credit or debit cards. When paying with a card you can either scan it or enter the information manually.
